VELA mountain is part of a coastal mountain range, from which we will enjoy amazing views of the Adriatic. We will follow a shorter trail to reach the peak starting at softer terrain and eventually reaching the rocky part from midpoint of the mountain towards the peak. We will complete a small loop to keep the trail interesting.

At the end of our hike, we can enjoy a traditional lunch in a beautiful setting with great views of our mountain. Lunch is at your own expense.

Technical Info: Mt. Vela's peak sits at 1172m from sea level. Our hike will reach an elevation of 660m and a distance of 6.5km. ***This is a moderate hike due to its rocky terrain, good shoes are recommended.

What to Wear: Hiking shoes are a must, windbreaker. Poles if you have them, especially for the downhill part. Please always have with you snacks: dried fruits, nuts, fresh fruit, and 1.5 - 2 ltrs of water.
