The bill gets delivered to the home or office address monthly.

The account number is needed which is found on the “Libreza” the booklet used to keep track of the payments manually.

The Albanian Post Office offers bill payment services with a small service charge from 20 to 100 Leke depending on your bill.

Water Bill – UKT

Just as the electricity bill, the water bill is delivered to the unit’s address monthly.

Bill payment can be set up online on the official website. The account number & owner’s name found on the “Libreza” (booklet) are needed to set up the online account.

Payments can be made at the counter through Albanian Post Offices or UKT offices.

Union Net – Western Union

Another location to make your payments is at Western Union points.

These locations can be found everywhere throughout the city of Tirana.


Easy Pay is an Electronic Money Institution linked with RIA Money Transfer.

Through Easy Pay you can finalize any payment. You can download their app found on their website and register online.

Besides the online payment, you can head to any Ria Money Transfer points and make the payment over the counter.
