This session is designed for groups of at least four participants and includes:

  • Kundalini Yoga Class
  • Followed by Meditation
  • Chanting (may be included as part of the practice)
  • All props & yoga mats are provided

The session lasts up to 3 hours.

Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual and physical practice that combines specific movements (called asanas), breath control techniques (known as pranayama), chanting, and meditation.
