During this tour, we visit one of the must-see areas of Western Albania, Divjake-Karavasta National Park. The park is a beautiful experience for all nature lovers and birdwatchers! It gathers some fifty thousand birds among the wonderful natural monuments it houses inside. Getting a peek at these birds’ natural habitat is a special treat. This area is home to Dalmation Pelican as well as the famous Curly Pelican. The lagoon is separated from the Adriatic Sea by a large strip of sand and was formed by the sediments discharged by Shkumbin and Seman rivers. Most of the land around the lagune has been turned into agricultural land, but some of the parts remain intact and a pleasure to visit.
