Day 1: Arrival & Welcome

  • Arrival & Check-in (5:00 PM): Settle into your accommodation and enjoy a complimentary herbal tea.
  • Evening Meditation (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Ground yourself with a guided meditation to relax and unwind.
  • Welcome Dinner (7:30 PM): A nourishing vegetarian meal, carefully prepared with local organic ingredients.

Day 2: Nature & Mindfulness

  • Morning Meditation (7:30 AM – 8:30 AM): Start the day with a calming meditation session.
  • Breakfast (8:45 AM): A wholesome vegetarian breakfast to energize you for the day.
  • Guided Hike (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM): Explore the scenic trails of the surrounding mountains.
  • Lunch (13:00 PM): A light and refreshing vegetarian lunch.
  • Optional Ayurveda Treatments (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM): Available at an additional cost (see our treatment list).
  • Evening Free Time: Relax or enjoy personal activities.
  • Dinner (7:30 PM): A hearty, plant-based dinner served in a peaceful setting.

Day 3: Self-Connection

  • Sunrise Meditation (7:30 AM – 8:30 AM): Greet the morning with a mindful meditation practice.
  • Breakfast (8:45 AM): Enjoy another healthful vegetarian meal.
  • Guided Hike (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM): A gentle hike to connect with nature and practice mindfulness.
  • Lunch (1:00 PM): A light vegetarian meal, rich in local flavors.
  • Optional Ayurveda Treatments (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM): Continue your wellness journey with additional treatments.
