Built in 1964 with funds sent by the family patriarch who had immigrated to the U.S. at the beginning of last century, the villa is one of the three that gave the name to the area known as “American District” (Lagja Amerikane).

The villa has maintained its original character and architectural design, with thoughtful updates that preserve its charm. Still furnished with some of the original pieces popular in Albania during the 1960s, this home offers a unique glimpse into the lifestyle of that era.
