It is located 4 minutes away from the Taiwan Building, in the heart of the center ,5 minutes walk to popular entertainment district “blloku”. It is also located a 5-minute walk from Skanderbeg Square and the National Opera House, where you will find the largest parking lot in the center of the capital. In this area you can find everything you need and want, starting with supermarkets, shops, beauty salons, bars, and Taiwan Park, where there is also a beautiful newly rejuvenated playground for children.

This conveniently located apartment has one bedroom and a large comfortable couch where additional guests could sleep.
